These people are really really excellent. We both found the whole experience very easy and the people very helpful. We would recommend Cool Diamonds as an alternative to using retail shops. They also have an excellent policy on refunds and if you need to get your rings altered.

Plus of course very good value for your money.
We not only ended up with a far superior Diamond but paid less money.

They explain the differences in cut, clarity size etc etc and are do not push their products but ensure that you as the customer are happy with your final choice.
