Currently live here and have for almost 2 years. Have liked the apartment overal, cleaning checks are never too harsh either if that's an issue for you.

The only 2 problems I have is:
1. The people that work in the office. The amount of times I've called and it has gone to voicemail, then just decided to walk over and talk to them instead and they are just chit chatting letting phones go to voicemail, is too many to count. They don't call back if you left voicemails, they don't return emails, and nothing ever seems to be important enough for them to let you know about until it's a problem for THEM.
2. No cameras overwatching any of the parking area and have straight up told my friend (who has gotten his car hit 4 times none of which is his fault) that they just wont because it "isnt their problem."
Apartments are ok. Overpriced but ok. For this price you should have Washer and Dryer in apartment. Other than that it's better than most Provo apartments.
