This is the worst service experience I have ever had.

You can not get through to the service department on the telephone. They do not return your call if you leave a message.

Today I had an appointment for a safety recall. I have been trying to get an appointment for three months, but could never get anyone on the phone. Went in today. Asked for the service adviser that did finally call me back after I left a message for the service manager. The service manager did not call me back, he had one of the service advisers call me back. He should have taken care of this himself.

I asked for the service adviser, Nathan and was waiting at his door when he walked out and did not come back. One of the other advisers paged him and told him that there was someone waiting int the drive. He did not come back.

I left after I could not get any of the other advisers to assist me. I will be going somewhere else for all work.

I can see by the other reviews that this is not a unique experience at the service department.
