Had the most awful experience. Stayed a total of 4 nights and had the worst service. Only have free WIFI in common areas, not in the room. No fridge, no microwave. The thermostat in the rooms is ridiculous and it is either freezing or hot. Could not really adjust it. Don't even bother trying to watch TV - the remote only works if you can line it up directly to the sensor and they have VERY LIMITED channels that are very hard to navigate. SO FRUSTRATING. They thought we were checking out after night one, so they sent a crew of housekeeping which just walked in our room on Day 2. Could not communicate with them, so had to go to front desk to sort out reservation issues. On the third night, we came in around 1am to find our room had been PARTIALLY cleaned - there were no pillow cases on the pillows, so had to go to front desk at 1am to get pillow cases. On Day 3 - again a housekeeper just walked in the room and stood there for 2 minutes while my husband was asking her to leave (communication barrier). The sports bar downstairs ran out of food on night four and turned us away after waiting for 15 minutes in line. Had to wait over 45 minutes for a bellhop when trying to check out at 9am. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN!
