I called the Emergency line on Saturday with a serious issue with my hot water heater. It had been leaking on the floor for a couple of days and seemed extremely hot. I could hear a sizzling sound inside the tank and was concerned that something bad could happen. This tank was over 20-years old. I had to leave a Voicemail, since it was the Weekend. I received a callback within 15-minutes from Josh (one of their on-Staff Plumbers) and discussed my issue with him. He immediately instructed me to TURN-OFF the gas, so the tank would stop heating. He surmised that the thermostat may have failed as well as the tank. Josh lay-ed out a plan of what he could do (on Saturday), the costs and the time to do the replacement. He even explained the actual 'premium' cost for doing this on the Week-end, versus if I waited until Monday. I gave him the okay and he got things in motion very quickly. He made it to my house in Concord OH within one hour, from Warrensville Heights and drained and removed our old water tank, coordinated a Parts delivery person to deliver the new hot water heater along with various plumbing parts and completed the job within 2-hours. The two of them also removed the old water heater. It was a TOP NOTCH professional installation. Josh explained all the things he was doing, replaced all the water and gas valves and old pieces of copper and iron piping and trained me on how to use the new hot water heater. I was so impressed. Thank-you WF Hann for taking the stress out of a bad situation and completing the job within 3-hours from the time I made the initial phone call. Jeffrey Borsini, Concord, Ohio
