The first 2 cookers we had delivered appeared to have manufacturing problems, however both exchanges were dealt with professionally and efficiently, especially from Georgia and Charlotte in the customer services team, we are hoping 3rd time lucky.

The whole process from order taking, booking in and their installation team made us feel confident that we'd chosen the right company.
