Terrible service! I live on the second floor of a flat in London.

When the delivery men came they said they can t deliver it because there s no parking(even though there is if they were willing to put money on the meter. The delivery men said they will come back on Sunday which they did but then said they will have to re-arrange the delivery because the flat is on the second floor.

When I spoke to the woman on the phone she was very rude and said they would now only deliver it on the ground floor

From reading the reviews below delivery from this company is a common problem. Waste of 2 Weeks!! Thank you
