What a beautiful piece of architecture gifted by France to the USA. Majestic looking statue of liberty situated on the island mid of New York and New Jersey waterfront and accessible from both ends through ferry. We have to plan well in advance if you in intend to visit the crown for a beautiful view of the Skyline. Food available for purchase on the island. The ferry tickets also include trip to the immigration museum if you are interested in history. We could spend 4 hours on an average for a round trip if the tickets were prebooked. Purchase of tickete on location on the battery park might be little busy on crowded days. So I would recommend advance booking. A must visit place for tourists visiting USA !
