Worst hospital ever. Sister got admitted via ambulance, was told "couldn't find her on record," took down my info and would call me back. I called back an hour for update - operator said "I gave your info for them to call. " They like to blame each other. Also, Nurse didn't call back when said they would. When visiting, was asked to wait 30 minutes. Waited an hour, asked to wait additional 20 minutes. I'm writing this as I'm waiting and I doubt we will get to see her in 20 minutes! I've been here many times for my family, it's always a waiting game with them. Terrible communication.
