-Placed an order on 6/9/2020, (mind you the item "Battle Steel Plates Level IV 10x12"" was back ordered and expected to ship out 6/27--
-No updates via email. on around 6/29 the website updated the backorder date to 7/27...
-7/27 onward no update, no emails, NO COMMS..
-Around 9/2 out of stock and no back order refill date projection...
-9/13 (Today): I receive and email:

"Do to inactivity on you order, your credit card has expired in our system, and your order for LVL IV armor has been cancelled...
...If you are still interested in these plates, please re-place your order"

yall can do the math here..
