I was the strata secretary for nearly 4 years at the Creekside building in Vancouver. Terry Li and his team are very professional and a complete pleasure to deal with. Rancho completely organized our strata and did and incredible job in comparison to the first property management company our building had. Our strata was very well run and as a Council we could always rely on excellent guidance and advice from Terry. Council meetings and AGM's were always very organized. He is an extremely polite, patient, caring and efficient property manager. He is forward thinking and handled stresses that we encountered very well. Kristen, his assistant, was also very friendly, organized and lovely to deal with overall. I would have no hesitation in buying another property in Vancouver if Rancho is managing it. Thanks for taking such good care of our home while we lived there.
