My flight home from Brazil was cancelled on 18th March and I had to book my own flight home to UK. I'm still waiting for my part refund all the while 'Fly Now Pay Later' are still taking payments from me for something I haven't had. I was emailing for 20 days before someone from the care team got back to me telling me I had to wait up to 8 weeks for my refund. It's May 29 and I still haven't had my part refund.

I still haven't had my refund bear in mind my flight was cancelled 18 March. Anyone looking at my review will see a reply from Crystal Travel which they left on 13th July 2020. This is how they do business, no one from the company has emailed me personally to update me on what the hold up is or telephoned me, they've just left a reply to my review, how unprofessional is that!
