For Seven days at Washington Lexington (New York City Housing Authority's President George Washington) has NOT responded why the building like 110 East 99th st. has NO HEAT for seven days. CCC suppose to act as ES within 24 hours the heat will be restore, actually not true! CCC doesn't work for the resident. And the development need to be investigated for negligent!
