Had to move rooms because what we booked previously wasn't available our first night staying. The valet staff were extremely rude and the elevators stopped working so it took about 3 hours to check out. Our room was just okay, but good luck sleeping on some lumpy pillows. I would have been happier staying at a Hyatt. This place is overrated and overpriced! We couldn't reheat our meals because there wasn't a microwave nor could we have coffee at all because there wasn't a coffee maker. Like we haven't spent enough!? Everyone was rude with their hand out for tips. We are never staying there again. Thanks for the horrible honeymoon!
