With someone who ordered the cheese stuffed hambur...

With someone who ordered the cheese stuffed hamburger. He cut into it and melted cheese flew out and burned his hand. I had to ask for ice. Never saw the manager. His hand was burned. They offered us free dessert. Really? All the food was evidently frozen. No waiting area for a table, you stand outside in the winter waiting. Never ever going back. Although this was awhile ago i hope since then things have improved but i don't care too find out
