Service nightmare. Absolutely crazy. Had some tires put on my car by my local guy and he told me my car had an axle leak and a bearing needed to be replaced. Since it s under warranty I brought it to the dealership. Ask them if they could take a look, they were busy so I scheduled a time two days later to drop it off first thing. Dropped car off at 830 and was told they would call me once it was diagnosed. At 3pm with no call I decided to call and check on it. After many excuses it was clear no one had touched my car. Was told they would look and call me right back. 4pm I call back since I heard nothing. Same excuses given. They now say it s in the shop but no update and will call me after they finish with this customer. 5pm I call back since no one called me still. Not only did they still not look at my car they now say they won t have an answer till tomorrow. How is this acceptable customer service? Can t wait to not be called tomorrow and have to harass them again.
