WARNING. DO NOT RENT. House was filthy with bugs in cabinets. yard not managed. charges a monthly rate for air filters that you have to remind them to provide to you. monthly rate is 10 dollars and they give you one every three months. appliances in the house didn't work. condition of the house was poor. refrigerator broke within a week of move in and we lost all of our food. the peppery manager didn't seem to care and implied that we were lying. I will never in my life rent from this company again. if i could give negative stars I would. once this lease is up, i will be renting with invitation homes again. I'm sorry that i ever left them.
