Due to an error in the order system of Tivoli, we were placed incorrectly and therefore had little insight into the concert we were so looking forward to. After having indicated this to the organization, our complaint was handled super well and we were offered free tickets for a concert of your choice. Hats off! That is also customer friendliness.
Furthermore, the large room in Tivoli is beautiful. The space is special design data with all different levels where you can sit.
