Staff are not friendly, not helpful. I went out of state and was immediately qualified for a beautiful home. Homewise never qualified me for a home in Santa Fe. Using the exact income and very high credit score, I qualified to buy a lovely home in a beautiful, very low crime neighborhood, upper middle class area at a 2.5% interest rate. Do not expect to find a decent experience at Homewise.
