Conservice takes amazing care of their employees and our customers. I work on the team that fixes any problems in the billing process and we see less than 5% of all bills that come in and out of Conservice. We are constantly trying to bring that number lower and lower. We do charge fees for people to use our services but so does everyone. If your housing company states that you must put utilities in your name then I suggest you do. That is by far the biggest fees we issue. It is per your contract. Be informed.
