I was in a hurry to purchase a vehicle for my daughter and was dragged through the sales process at two other dealerships. When I went into DeLacy Ford I knew what vehicle I wanted and they literally had everything ready for me in less than an hour. I buy several cars each year and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. Very please with the service and the car.
