We purchased our lexus here and get it serviced here regularly.
The service department is good, big space, free food, very convenient location. I would give it 4-5 stars.

The sales experience was horrible tho. The first salesman we spoke with was rude and very pushy!
After 30 mins and a test drive, I actually told him I want to talk to another salesman instead! He wasn't happy but I don't care.

The 2nd guy I spoke with is better. Still pushy but at least not ill-mannered. We ended up putting a deposit on the car, was told it will be here in 4 weeks. 6 weeks later, still no car, ended up getting delivery after about 9 weeks.

Only reason I didn't go else where is because there wasn't much other choice nearby and I wanted to get the car where I would bring it in for servicing in the future, and this is by far the closest and most convenient location for me.

Overall, 4 stars for service, 1 stars for sales
