When we bought our Jeep Wrangler they told us to rate them with (5 Stars) for everything, and obviously since you are happy for your purchase there is nothing really wrong with it.

But when it s time for the services this is actually what it deserves -> 1 because they are actually a mess with the maintenance service appointments, get ready to loose most of your day (even with appointment).

The first time I had to go back home because they asked me to do it , since they had no enough technicians, and today I had an appointment early in the morning and it s been 2 hours since they told me they were going to ride me home because the service it was going to take too long but guess what (They Only Have 1 Driver) so I guess I ll have to become more patience and who knows at what time are they going to finish with the service.

Many people walking around but non of them knows about you, and your situation.

Not to mention, that the ride home was in a Vehicle very dirty with all Dog s hairs on the seats and floors. (Tale a look at the pics)

And they had to take us with to many customers all together in COVID 19 times, because they only have one driver and one vehicle the other vehicle was without gas they said.

So, keep in mind that for the services You ll have to take a day off work, lots of patience and don t forget to take your own coffee with you! Cuz there is non. , nor you ll find SANITIZERS, since all of them are empty from early in the morning.

Thinks twice when you buy!
