Raised rent for college students in Colorado in th...

Raised rent for college students in Colorado in the MIDDLE of the COVID-19 pandemic. They actually encouraged all residents to collect government funds so they could pay rent on time then they emailed a rent increase of $125 or 11%! Do not recommend this company!
