Great staff. Eric C. an exceptional service advisor, he explained the various packages and answered my questions.
I've been a customer for a few years now. I log in, make my appointment, see the service rep. who makes no hassle suggestions. I leave, sometimes by shuttle or by an alternate ride. Rep. calls when its done.
Paper work is done, rep. explains what work was done and what may need to be done soon. Perfect!
