Extensive and prolonged experience with this facility. Big Place. Working our dysfunctional healthcare system to make one thing - Big Profits.

Not at all patient centered. It is clear that profits come before patient care and outcomes.

With that said, staff are typically kind, understanding - and very overworked. IE: ER doc advised me that I needed to see a specialist within 48 hours. Yet, scheduling advised that it would be a five week wait. Ditto for an important procedure.

Suggestion to administration: Hire more staff to meet the needs of your patients. Overall model of practice needs to shift away from profits and back to patients.
