Customer Service isn t the problem.
Customer Service isn t the problem.
They should call a customer or inform them if abnormal power is being used. Had no idea I had an issue until I received a $500+ bill in the mail.
They helped me figure out what it was, but when someone s bill DOUBLES randomly they should say something. They re the same as any major business and they love taking your money over helping you save it.
