I know i was not looking to buy a car from these people. But I just purchased an 07 Forester and wanted to buy OEM all weather mats for it to protect my investment. I called into this dealership since it was closest to me and asked to speak to the parts department. I had found the mats on their website for $39.96 but it did not give a in store pickup option on the website, which is why I called. They transferred me to Manuel in their parts department who proceeded to check their stock for on hand inventory. He came back a minute later and told me they had one set for $49.99. I said great, will you honor the price on your website for the $39 price, and he said you need to buy them on there for in-store pickup. I told him the reason why I am calling is because it did not give the option for it. His response was well everyone does it that way and you just need to find the option. He made me feel like I was an idiot and couldn't navigate a crappy quality website. So i asked again can I just come in and pay for them when I pick them up for the price you have on your website. At that point he just got difficult, and kept saying buy them on line and pick them up, and then just hung up on me!! Are you kidding me? What kind of customer service is that? I am trying to give your business my money and you hang up on me? So I tried calling back to give them another chance and they transferred me to another part guys, who suprise suprise would not pick up the phone, even after waiting 20 minutes. Needless to say they will not be getting my business.
