Overall Mike Shaw has been a great dealership! Had a nice, easy going experience buying my first Subaru with Cliff S. who has gone out of his way to make sure that I am taken care of. After only having the car for a week, I got a non-repairable flat tire. Had a great experience with the Service Department (I was already needing service quicker than expected), but Matt R. was very helpful and took the time to explain a few aspects about AWD tires.
