Have a claim with this insurance and they do a terrible .Terrible job never answer the phone never answer emails my car was in the shop for a month they don't pay for the storage on top of me paying the 25% of the claim for going out of their Network ,I get punished by them for choosing my shop..they have an adjuster her name is Deborah Mikens. if you happen to have her on charge of your claim good luck, she's the most unprofessional negligent and mediocre insurance person that I ever deal with
