The beds weren't even made all the way, sheets were about a foot from the bottom. Found out when I crawled in bed.
The air would hardly blow, when we inquired about it a girl from front desk radioed it in, to fix & we were told if didn't work right we'd be put in another room. When we came back, after a day out, nothing, still very hot. My husband went back to desk & no record was found that we complained. Maintenance came up shortly after, he went down & we were informed that the room we are in only has 1 blower speed, even though controls say more. The fix they gave us was 2 box fans. Having air circulate helped but still very hot, a/c even stopped cooling.
Then poor water pressure & no happy medium, you either get a scalding hot shower or ice cold.
The water park was ok but we will NEVER stay in hotel again. Oh & the parking area is horrible, not enough space, I do not recommend staying here at all.
