They failed to pick me up when my car was done being serviced, leaving me stranded at work. When I dropped my car off for service, I told my service rep that I would need to be dropped off AND picked up from work. When the shuttle driver dropped me off at work, he asked if I would need to be picked up. I said "Yes." I was later called by my service rep, who told me that my car was almost ready. I reminded him at that time that I would need to be picked up from work and he acknowledged my request. I was never picked up. The service department closed, and I couldn't get my car until the next morning. The cashier the next morning seemed indifferent to my situation (she also was 11 minutes late to work) and I had to wait an additional 8 minutes for someone to retrieve my car. (Jesus Chavez was my service rep. reading review below, I see that I am not the first to write a complaint about him)

I replied to an email survey they sent me and described the situation. A week later, I received a phone call survey. The woman did not sound like she had any knowledge of my situation. She informed me that she would speak to the service manager and get back to me with some sort of offer to make things right. I write this review two weeks after I had that phone conversation.
