George was brilliant throughout the process. Professional, responsive and most importantly reassuring. Our case was not vanilla, as I would imagine with most of the cases he deals with, but he dealt with it in a very thorough and professional manner, keeping us informed and working through any problems/roadblocks as they arose (and unfortunately they did due to our non-vanilla case). He was positive throughout and had an attitude of positivity, giving us optimism throughout. All resolved in the end in a swift manner, with mortgage offer following. Would highly recommend.
