Arrived a few minutes late due to traffic. Asked a young lady staff member for help finding our seats with other family members but as Caroline was in her wheelchair and the row was so long it would have been disruptive to get to our seats. We were asked if we minded sitting elsewhere where it would be easier for us to get seated. No problem we said! Taken down one floor and given a box of our own! Could not fault the decision and the show was utterly fantastic too! A great evening out! Thanks Royal Albert Hall!
