Absolute shambles, my file has been passed around the office like a dose of the flu, geyting no further, no one appears to know ehat they are meant to be doing, all i get is i will look into this and get back to you, no one gets back to you, they have had had my interim payment for 10 days, still not in my account as no one knows who is doing anything, nit sure if possible to change solicitors in the middle of a case, so angry at this
