The Provincial Capitol in Cagayan was a great place to visit. The architecture is impressive, and the guided tour was informative. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I particularly enjoyed learning about the history of the building and the province. The surrounding area is also beautiful, with well-maintained gardens and walkways. I would definitely recommend a visit to the Cagayan Provincial Capitol.
