Their ER lobby is small, so they didn't want anyone else other than the patient going in.
I took my husband in because he was in too much pain and so they didn't let me in even when I told them he needed help translating. They said to come back in 30min to see if they gave him a room. 2 hours later and no room yet. I see they keep letting other patients in with a visitor. It's just unfair, if you do this to us, why not everyone? I go every 30 min asking for an update and I was talking to the nurse and the security interrupted our conversation shouting to me ask if I didn't hear the nurse.
