The setting was beautiful and the food equally exquisite. I found the staff to be curteous, knowledgeable and warm rather than stuffy. I was involved in the restaurant business in Manhattan yes ago and can say unequivocally that both the food and the bar at Los Campos could hold its own there. Matt, the bartender was relaxed and cordial and knew his wines and liquors intimately. In fact, he introduced me to a burbon I was unfamiliar with . . . It was divine. I have him to thank. If you're in Albuquerque, don't pass up a visit to Los Campos.
