We have lived at Wellington Place (Mason, Ohio) since last August and are very happy. We moved here due to excessive noise at our previous apartment that was not addressed by the management and we have had no issues with noise here. In addition the units are big, the fenced backyard is great for our dogs. Maintenance requests are handled promptly in most cases and if there is a delay they let you know why.
