We were happy in the beginning, but not anymore. Beware everyone, while this place seems too good to be true, it is; It's still just like any nursing home. Especially if you end up staying long term, and have governmental insurance. They'll abruptly throw you in memory care completely unprepared for room switching, although they proclaimed that everything is ready & fine.

No phone nor working jack, no clock, not even a television set.. you'll have to bring your own! Lies were caught being said while they didn't think anyone could hear... ie, Knowing there wouldn't be a TV, but just tell the resident that they're waiting to hear, etc..

Not to mention that other residents were lost, needed help, etc.. and no one was there to help them so we did. (This was after dinner)

Complete nonsense! We are all very upset at the treatment and will not settle for this.
