Super great experience with Concord Toyota, I had just bought a 2016 Scion that needed some service, they took care of that right away. However I had a mechanical accident which resulted in an inexperienced tow truck driver (unrelated to Toyota) cross wiring my battery jump, essentially frying my car. Toyota & the tech working on my vehicle were exceedingly thorough in finding & replacing all my damage as well as working well with my insurance. It did take some time but for the extent of the damage & replacement of fuses, battery, & wires they were still pretty fast yet thorough at getting my car repaired. Nicole has taken care of me every time, highly recommend. I ll definitely be going back to them when I need servicing, I ve never had such a great experience with a branded dealer. Thank you guys so much
