My family and I have stayed at this location many times. The rooms are always great. Our check in on Friday was very nice. He was very friendly but that s where it ended. We checked out on Monday and every time we walked in and walked out of the front door even on the last day not one person behind the desk spoke to us. They looked up and back down to the desk. Customer service has a lot to do with where I choose to spent my money. It was disappointing this time.
