WOW...This issue with their construction has reall...

WOW...This issue with their construction has really changed a great casino into the worst in Black Hawk/ Central City. Dropped off my folks at valet (only area available for that).They are in their late 80s. When they were ready to be picked up I got ripped at be the valet because it took them a minute to walk to the car... again late 80s. Piss poor customer service!!!!!!!!! Enough other casinos to got to. AVOID THE MONARCH!!!!!!
