SO DISAPPOINTED!!! To start with we did not get the room type we had booked. Room was nice to look at but had a terrible musty smell. We spoke to management about it but nothing was done. The room had hairballs on the floor, dust on the lamps and baseboards. The worst was the soap scum around the bathtub. We thought we might use the hot tub but when we opened the balcony doors we found that the deck was covered in sand and gravel. We then opened the hot tub and were disgusted by the moldy smell coming from it. Once again we spoke up and they did come and clean the tub, however, at this point we had no desire to use it (check for extra charge for using hot tub). Very noisy, found it hard to sleep. If this hotel was in a different area other then Coconut Grove they would never be able to charge the prices they do. Even is someone can get a deal at this hotel it is still not worth it. Did I mention that a cup of coffee at the in house restaurant is $5.00. Don't waste your money!!!
