I was in the market for a practical, sporty, second car to use as an everyday driver instead of my big crew cab truck. After searching for three weeks I thought I had found my car at a different dealership. However, after sending out over 11 emails to separate dealerships, Brown's Richmond Volkswagen not only replied, but made me an exceptional offer. After some negotiating to work out the finer details, Brown's was able to match exactly what I was looking for, at the price I was looking for. I imagine I was not an easy customer to work with from all of my stipulations, but Ted and Ray were pleasant to work with and took the time to understand me as a client. I greatly appreciated the laid back, no pressure atmosphere, and never once was I made to feel like I was being rushed in to the sale or what I was asking for was impossible to provide.
