Absolutely an amazing experience at the Prestige Tower! The staff are extremely courteous, friendly, attentive, and charming. Not one complaint! This has been my best vacation thus far!

This was my first time in Mexico, and I will definitely return to the Prestige Tower on my next visit.

Hello to my friends at the resort: Javier & guest services manager Melissa! Melissa made my Birthday extremely special! She sent me a beautiful letter wishing me a happy Birthday, along with chocolate covered strawberries & rose petals in the room. She was so helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Thanks Melissa! Also special hello to the best bartender Roque! He makes the best drinks :) You all were amazing!
