Shiv Niwas Palace - the crescent shaped Palace built in early 20th century in the reign of Maharana Fateh Singh and the Palace was reserved exclusively for visiting dignitaries and guests of the House of Mewar. Today its redesigned as a Grand Heritage Palace which offers luxury stay and dining. They have 19 Palace Rooms, 8 Terrace Suites, 6 Royal Suites and 3 Imperial Suites. Each room have perfect blend of history, luxury and modern amenities. We stayed at Palace Room for 1 night, a weekend gateway.
Paantya restaurant will offer you one of the finest luxury dining with silver cutleries. From Rajasthani meal to Global cuisine. Another dining you can have near pool side. Meals were cooked to perfection, be it stir fry vegetables or chicken.
You can explore the place by your own. Fateh Prakash Palace is next to the City Palace and its a 3-minute walk from the Lake Pichola shoreline. The palace also showcases a treasure-trove of priceless paintings, exquisite chandeliers, and collection of unique crystal and crockery.
