We had a few glitches along the way, but after making some calls, they all have been fixed. I do appreciate that RBA worked with us and made sure that we arrived at complete satisfaction. We have recommended RBA mainly because they did this. The windows we had installed are really nice windows, I actually like cleaning them because they easily pull in and out. I only give four stars because of the issues that we had, but they are a good product and so are the team members that work there.
