Cannot recommend them enough for first time home buyers. Zac Henderson, Judy Eberhart, Todd Stevens, and everyone else I worked with at Compass went above and beyond from start to finish! The underwriting process was a little frantic (nothing to do with Compass), but once we received our clear to close, it was smooth sailing! Day of closing: no surprises, no last-minute documents needed, great interest rate, and best of all we were in and out within an hour!
