Almost as good as a big huge store, even better than the biggest one, but small enough to find what you're looking for fast. They have good specials, too. If they had a little more room it would be perfect, but they have done the best with what they have.

I went to Big e grocery store for the first time today. Prices were good and pleasant people. As I was checking out the young lady asked if I had a Big e card and I answered no this is my first time shopping here . I was not offered to sign up for a card and she could hardly make I contact with me. I felt rushed and brushed off. My daughter even notice the lady s coldness! I was very unhappy with her and definitely ruined my first visit to your store.

Great local grocery store - all the basics and then some. Take note - small, crazy parking lot, cars jockeying for choice spots, pedestrians expecting drivers to be hyper-vigilant. Full service deli and meat counter; local produce in season and so much more.

Great selection especially for a smallish supermarket, hot soup and food available, great meats, nice deli, amazing bakery, bigger than expected wine and beer selection, organic food section. Very helpful staff.

Great small, local supermarket with a decent selection. Their food is a little pricey in general but it's much more convenient than any other grocery store in proximity to easthampton. I wish they stocked more vegan/dairy free yogurt & cheese replacements.

It's nice to have a locally-owned store that's well-stocked and even carries some product that you cannot find in the larger box stores prices are fair and the store is very convenient for where I live

Reasonably priced, wonderful independent supermarket. Helpful, friendly staff. Surprising inventory; a decent selection of specialty foods, gluten free offerings and a pretty spectacular deli with Boar's Head products.

Best plastic bags in the area. Save the Eco Hippo! Recycled polypropylene bags use far less non renewable energy to create than paper bags. Plastic grocery bags also reduce the overuse of large kitchen liners and reduce plastic waste in many communities that have been studied despite feel-good logic that thinks burlap and hemp are magic. This small culture of reactionaries thinks it's their job to dictate and govern the types of bags private businesses provide optionally and free of charge. They want to ban them from the whole town! If you're one of these people then please refrain from engaging me on this topic. That is all.

Great grocery store when you want to get in and out quickly. Their online weekly flyer is very helpful and easy to use. Staff is friendly and always helpful. They are very active within the community and their donations and support help so many.. This is a great place for a young adult looking for their 1st job.

Clean store, respectful check out cashiers. However the selection in the meat department is poor at best. The store in general is more expensive the all other shopping locations I frequent.

Great option for low key grocery shopping without the insane crowds. Well stocked and good assortment of products. Produce is always nice and fresh and meat section well stocked. Everyone friendly - always a good experience.

Cute local supermarke that is following covid guidelines well. Has everything you need in prices similar to big Y. Docking one star because would love to see slightly lower prices, but otherwise seems like a solid Easthampton fixture.

Aside from the smell of old beer in the entrance, which is often hard to enter due to whomever bringing their recycling in, big e is an attempt at big y that falls short in customer service. It's kinda like a mom and pop big y.

Small local grocery store that has everything you need. Fresh produce, much from local farms. Locally made sausages & ethnic food. Beer & wine. Has a good variety considering its size but doesn't have every option ever made. Very generous in local community.
